A TikToker went viral after she posted a video warning her Domino’s manager via Post-It that she was tired of working alone on weekends.
The TikToker, whose first name is Isabella, according to the TikTok videos, has been publishing on the platform since November 2021 and regularly talks about being a delivery man at a Domino’s Pizza location. On August 31, she posted the note she left her manager.

In the video, she displays an orange Post-It that reads, “Stop planning my weekend alone. I’m quitting.” She then warned the manager with another note, seen in the video.
Then she showed a photo of what appeared to be a staff roster that she claimed showed her work weekends alone for the 5th time in a row. So she stopped.
“I am a woman of my word,” she wrote on a post-it. “Isabella’s two weeks notice,” the note adds in pink ink. Isabella did not immediately respond to a request for comment on Instagram.
Isabella’s video went viral, with over 500,000 likes and much discussion about the restaurant industry.
“one person for a pizzeria?!?! on the weekend?” a user has replied.
“I’m sorry many of you had terrible managers. I run a small pizza business and I love all the employees. Respect your people, they will respect you,” wrote another.
Restaurants across the country struggle to keep their businesses staffed, which can lead to frequent overtime employees who stay. The National Restaurant Association’s August Survey said that 81% of 4,200 restaurant owners say their establishment “currently has hard-to-fill vacancies.” Hospitality workers have argued for restaurants to offer better benefits to bring them back to the industry, according to the Washington Post.
Isabella discussed receiving followers and support in a subsequent video.
