Latest Pixel Watch Leak Shows Band Styles, Watch Faces, and More

As if the Pixel Watch’s launch wasn’t already ruined by enough leaks, a new batch of images shared with Slashleaks by reliable leaker OnLeaks (through 9to5Google), shows the smartwatch in even more detail a few days before the launch of Google. This builds on what we’ve already seen in a short ad from google released last week, with a range of strap styles, more watch faces and some other features the watch could come with.

For starters, the Pixel Watch can offer silicone strap styles in black, eggshell, dark gray, and silver, as well as three braided options in orange, green, and black. It also appears that Google is planning to offer two different leather strap styles, including a sleek set in orange, black, and silver, and a bolder looking pair of straps in black and green.

The images also reveal a range of different watch faces, ranging from a simple minute and hour hand showing the user’s heartbeat, a minimalist style that tells the time (which seems rather useless in my opinion), as well as a more decorative option with a landscape design. There’s also a set of images showing off some of the other Pixel Watch features, such as Fitbit integration, Google Fast Pair support, emergency calls and EKG reading.

As noted by 9to5Googleit seems some of these images are from a Pixel Watch listing on Amazon that popped up briefly in Germany. German technical site SmartDroid took a screenshot of the listing (and reportedly managed to pre-order), but it appears to have been removed. According to SmartDroidthe listing points out that the Pixel Watch could come with the Google Home app, 5ATM water resistance, a Corning Gorilla Glass display, and a six-month free trial of Fitbit Premium.

The list also prices the device at 356.76 euros (about $349). This follows with an earlier report by 9to5Google, indicating that the Pixel Watch with Bluetooth and Wi-Fi could cost $349.99, while the mobile version could cost $399.99. Fortunately, we won’t have to wait long to see if these rumors are true, as the Google Pixel launch event will take place on Thursday, October 6.
