Over the past two decades, Blumhouse Productions has made a name for itself in the world of horror, working on films like Paranormal activity, Outand more recently M3gan. Now the company is expanding into the world of video games.
Simply called Blumhouse Games, the new division will focus on “original horror-themed games for console, PC and mobile audiences,” the company says. Essentially, Blumhouse will act as a publisher of sorts, collaborating with indie developers on projects with budgets “less than $10 million.”

Blumhouse hasn’t announced any specific projects or partners yet, so you’ll have to wait for news on one M3gan game.
