The full Swoops game will be released in the fall of this year. In the full release, players will manage, recruit, train and build their own squads. From then on, owners will be able to bet their players in cash prize competitions.

“We are transforming the way people play basketball games from the typical passive fan experience to an engaged experience emphasized by full ownership of teams and players,” Sinha continues. “You are the owner, general manager, coach and player, with real money at stake. Never before has a basketball video game been so immersive.”
