West, a Secret Service agent, in the American Adventure series The Wild Wild West with Ross Martin from 1965 to 1969. As Bob Conrad, he has released a number of pop/rock songs. On CRN Digital Talk Radio, he conducted a two-hour weekly national radio program.

Robert Conrad was born in Chicago, Illinois. Conrad’s mother, Alice Jacqueline Hartman, was 15 years old when she gave birth to him, and his father, Leonard Henry Falk, was just 16 years old at the time. Jackie Smith, the director of Mercury Records, was his mother. She married radio star Eddie Hubbard, with whom she had a child, but the couple eventually divorced.
Conrad attended South Shore High School, Hyde Park High School, YMCA Central School, and New Trier High School, among others, but he left at age 15. In addition to loading trucks for Consolidated Freightways and Western Freightways and running a milk delivery truck for Bowman Dairy in Chicago, Conrad began living and working independently. He attended Northwestern University to study theater arts to become an actor. Dick Marx, the father of singer Richard Marx, served as his singing teacher while also studying singing.

Robert Conrad started acting in movies as soon as he arrived in California. He had a role in the 1958 films Juvenile Jungle and Thundering Jets. After playing researcher Tom Lopaka in the television series Hawaiian Eye from 1959, the weekly adventure made headlines.
