Wednesday is an American supernatural mystery comic horror streaming television series based on Charles Addams’ character Wednesday Addams.
It was written and directed by Alfred Gough and Miles Millar and stars Jenna Ortega as the titular character, with Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez, Gwendoline Christie, Riki Lindhome, Jamie McShane, Fred Armisen, Christina Ricci in supporting roles.

Tim Burton, who also serves as executive producer, directs four of the eight episodes. It follows Wednesday Addams as she tries to solve a monster mystery at her school.

What is Wednesday season 2 about?
Wednesday’s first season immersed viewers in the world of Wednesday Addams while she was in college Never again academy. She discovers her psychic abilities, tries to solve a terrifying mystery involving her parents, and balances relationships with sirens, werewolves and vampires at her new school.
At the end of the season, she discovers that Tyler, her coffee shop crush and the sheriff’s son, is the Hyde monster that gruesome murders at Nevermore. She also discovered that the school’s botany professor, Marilyn Thornhill, is actually Laurel Gates, who was believed to have died years before.
She was the Hyde Master who controlled Tyler and hypnotized him into his monstrous form, and she sought revenge on the Outcasts who kill her family. Wednesday and her opponent, Bianca, eventually defeat Laurel and her evil cohorts.
