Media star Jennifer Harley, who is associated with MTVs “Jersey Shore,” wants to sell her lavish home in Las Vegas. Harley, who dated a contestant on the hard-partying reality show, appeared on a spin-off series and made news for other reasons, is trying to raise more than $1.5 million for her 2,955-square-foot Summerlin home.
The four-bedroom, two-story home on Hualapai Way and Sunset Road features marble floors, beautiful cabinetry, and expansive views of the Las Vegas Valley. According to the listing papers, the backyard has a sunken fire pit with a glass window overlooking the pool. It became available on January 6. Harley, a licensed agent with Realty One Group, listed the property.
In this week’s piece, Harley agreed to talk to a Review-Journal writer and shared photos of the home. After that, despite numerous attempts to contact her, she remained unreachable. According to ownership records, Harley and Ronnie Ortiz, one of the “Jersey Shore” cast members, purchased the suburban Las Vegas home from builder Woodside Homes in 2018 for approximately $726,000.
In the fall of 2021, Ortiz, also known as Ronnie Ortiz-Magro, filed a lawsuit against Harley and others in Clark County District Court. According to the case, the house belonged to Harley alone and Ortiz wanted to sell it and split the proceeds. He claimed that Harley was not cooperating in a potential transaction.
After the birth of their daughter, Harley and Ortiz bought the house court documents filed by Harley’s attorneys, with the intention of raising the child there.
Harley first moved into a rental she owned when the couple separated, and Summerlin’s house was put up for sale. According to Harley court documentation, Ortiz stayed there while it was on the market. She said that because her ex didn’t keep the housen “presentable form”, it “could not be sold” during that time.
The home was listed for sale in September 2019 for nearly $870,000 as seen on Zillow. Just before the pandemic seriously damaged the Las Vegas economy, the price was cut by $20,000 on March 5, 2020. In July 2020, the listing was completely delisted.
Check out some of the recent news stories we’ve written about the latest happenings:
Documentation filed with the county last month, Ortiz transferred Harley 50% ownership of the home. A few weeks later, she put the house up for sale. With over 665,000 Instagram followers and about 18,000 on her real estate Instagram profile, Harley, who starred in the TV show “Jersey Shore Family Vacation,” is popular online.
She reportedly ran into legal trouble in the gambling capital of the country. According to the Review Journal, Harley was charged with domestic violence in Las Vegas in 2021 after a man called 911 to say she pulled a gun on him.

She has previously been detained in Las Vegas for domestic violence at least three times, according to the Review-Journal. The newspaper stated in 2019 that the Clark County District Attorney’s office declined to prosecute at least one Harley-related case and at least one other case was dismissed.
