Amy and her two siblings were raised in New York City by their father who was a soccer coach at a local high school and their mother who worked as a nurse at a local hospital. Amy started getting physically active during her teens and she preferred spending time with boys and playing sports rather than playing with dolls and gossiping with other girls.

Career as a fitness model
Amy has been helping other people with their workout routines for many years and was very active on Instagram, where she had over half a million followers and uploaded weekly photos and videos from the gym while giving her fans tips about exercising. However, after having issues with her husband, she wrote some things that she later regretted and it led to her deleting her account and continuing to work only with people she knows in real life.
