Part 2 of the decade-long historical drama The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem is back on Netflix. This time it lasts ten hours and is packed with romantic desires, political intrigue and family conflicts. Fans across the United States have been eagerly awaiting the next installment in the Ermoza family saga.
While the show premiered on Netflix just two months ago, it originally aired in Israel in June 2021. The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem, adapted from Sarit Yishai Levi’s novel of the same nameis a family drama set against the background of important historical events that took place in Palestine during the occupation by the Ottoman Empire and later by Great Britain.

When will season 2 of The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem premiere on Netflix?
So now we come to the tricky part. Season 2 could premiere in Israel as early as April 2023 if the production schedule is similar to Season 1. The real question is when Netflix will release Season 2 of The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem in the United States.
Season 1 only became available on Netflix 11 months after the Israeli premiere. but that may have changed now that Netflix owns the rights to distribute the show internationally. In any case, Netflix has empirically determined that viewers enjoy the show and are eagerly anticipating the next season.
Season 2 (or at least the first half of Season 2) should be added ahead of the show’s Israeli premiere. With this in mind, new episodes of The Beauty Queen of Jerusalem may become available on Netflix in the United States in the spring or summer of 2023. If you haven’t read the book the show is based on, you’ve got plenty of time to do so.

The second season of Beauty Queen of Jerusalem is in the works, so that’s good news. From the moment production started in 2020 at Yes Studios, that was always the intention. So, relax; The story continues; there is still a lot of dramatic potential in the books that can be exploited in the medium of television.
There has been some confusion about when season 2 will be taped, but it seems that production has already started. Filming on Season 2 would have started in June 2022, so it’s likely that subsequent chapters of this story have already been written.
