The creators of The Bear stated that the show will return this year when conducting interviews for those awards.

When will season 2 of The Bear be available?
Season 2 of The Bear will premiere in Summer 2023. Decider covered the announcement, which was made during the Television Critics Association’s winter tour. The season will feature ten episodes, two more than season 1. While the screenplays have already been completed, filming has yet to begin.
“Season 2 picks up after the events of Season 1, with the team trying to open a new restaurant,” said Decider. This new installment will be abreast of the gentrification of Chicago’s River North neighborhood as they strive to open the new cafe, The Bear.

The bear’s main storyline?
The drama is about a famous young chef named Carmen “Carmy” Berzattowho is playing Jeremy Allen White of shameless. After his brother commits suicide, Carmen “Carmy” returns home to run his family’s sandwich shop in Chicago.
Over the eight episodes of the first season, Carm dealt with the company’s financial problems, tensions among the staff as he tried to improve it, and the emotional fallout of his brother’s death.
But if you’re craving more spaghetti for family meals, there’s good news: The show has been picked up for a second season, and the folks who make The Bear are even dropping hints about what’s to come next.
What can we expect from season 2 of The Bear?
Carmy naturally falls in love. When asked if the shy man would date Syd, White told W Magazine, “This is the first time in recent weeks that I’ve even thought about something going on with anyone.” “For the sake of Sydney, I hope this doesn’t happen again in later seasons.
I just love their relationship the way it is: how much they respect each other and how they have a history together, even if it’s not with each other.
