In 1999, through Irene Marie Models, he learned about a role in an upcoming NBC serial opera called Passions. Later that same month, on October 31, he made his debut on another NBC soap opera television series as Rafe Hernandez, an FBI agent assigned to protect witness Sami Brady. He then appeared in over 50 national commercials.
