Most business owners will read this list and reject it because it seems too good to be true. But the secret to getting measurable results from these 10 ways to make your business run 10x better is to take each step one at a time.

Do not try to do everything at once, because then nothing will come of it. But if you focus your time and attention on one at a time and work your way down the list, your business will grow faster and bigger than you ever imagined. So now here are 10 ways you can increase your business tenfold.

1. Deploy multiple front-end offerings

To increase your business tenfold, you need more leads. This means you can either increase the number of people you reach with your current offering, or create new offerings targeting new segments of the market.

In my experience, after growing hundreds of businesses, most companies don’t need to spend more, but instead create new offerings.

This is why. Each market, regardless of what you sell, consists of multiple avatars. If I had to bet, I’d say your current offering only targets a small segment of your market. So if you create two, three, or even four new offers that target other avatars, you’ll attract more leads. As a result, your business will grow.

2. Develop lmain generation systems

Lead generation is the lifeblood of your business. If it’s not sharpened and inefficient, you’re losing customers. So you need to implement proven lead generation systems in your business that capture and close as many leads as possible.

Utilizing an optimized lead generation funnel, appointment setup, well-trained sales team, and follow-up system maximizes the number of sales coming in at the front end.

3. Hire salespeople and appointment makers

Do you want to hear a secret? I don’t like to hire salespeople. But do you know why I have them? Because they had my business 10x almost immediately. See, having salespeople and appointment makers may seem like “a hassle” or “might feel like a lot of work”. But ultimately you need people who are experts at capturing and closing leads. Because once you start growing, you can’t handle all the leads yourself.

There are too many mediums and not enough time in the day to talk to each lead. So rent it out and watch your business explode.

4. Use multiple channels

To start a business you need to focus on one channel. But to 10x a company? You need to use multiple or more channels to market yourself.

If you make more offers, you should reach more people. So use multiple channels to double, triple and quadruple your reach.

5. Make use of referrals and renewals

Referrals are the ultimate source of income that hardly anyone talks about. And if you master them, your business will be practically unstoppable. Why? Because referrals are free money for your business. They use no marketing or advertising to get them to buy.

Renewals are great because every time someone renews, it’s a win for your backend. Since you’ve already put all the time, energy, and money into getting them to buy in the first place, every time they drop more money, it’s a profit in your pocket.

6. Work with the right experts

If you want to make dramatic leaps forward in your business, work with the best experts. They have connections, resources and reach that can single-handedly grow your business for the rest of your life.

There is a caveat though. You need to know who has the right experts to be. Find the most influential people in your niche or similar niche and value them in some way. If you can help them achieve their goals, they will help you achieve yours.

7. Go in the red

Everyone wants to break even from day one, right?

Why?

Some of the largest and most successful companies in the world losses money in the front because they make so much money in the back. For them, they will gladly lose money to get customers.

So why wouldn’t you do the same? After all, if you’re delivering tremendous value – which should allow you to charge huge prices – why not go into the red to acquire more customers?

8. Increase customer success

Testimonials are good, but they don’t do your most successful clients justice.

I want you to run ads, social posts, and create case studies to showcase your most successful clients. Because social proof is and always will be one of the most powerful factors people use to decide whether to do business with you.

9. Daily reporting and optimization

If you want to increase your business tenfold, you need to know where you stand and where you are going. There’s no better way to do that than to create a daily reporting system that shows you all your numbers so you know every day if you’re reaching your goals and following a positive growth trajectory.

Too many companies cut corners on this. Don’t be like them. Report your progress daily and optimize where necessary.

10. Visualize your 10x goals

First in thought, then in fact.

If you can’t visualize yourself doing your business 10x – and how it’s going to change your life – then you’re never going to do your business 10x.

You must repeatedly visualize yourself achieving business goals with deep-rooted passion and desire. Then and only then will you achieve these goals.
