Lil Wayne’s Miami Mansion is for sale. Suede walls and all.

Young Money Entertainment founder and rap legend Lil Wayne has just put his house up for sale on an island off the coast of Miami. He hopes to sell it for $29.5 million.

Located on Allison Island, the 10,632 square foot mansion features seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a media room, wine cellar, and more.

The listing also offers “a mahogany clad entry and great room with floor-to-ceiling windows to 22-foot ceilings, sliding doors that open to the backyard that overlooks a large pool, alfresco dining areas and cabana, with direct access to the pristine waters of Miami Beach.”

The house sits on a 110 foot waterfront, making it windy for Weezy.

But one of the house’s most glaring assets is the movie theater, complete with suede walls. Yes, suede.

The price tag

Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., also known as Lil Wayne, is an influential rapper and record mogul. He has sold more than 120 million records worldwide, including more than 20 million albums and 70 million digital songs in the United States.

But he hasn’t had much luck with real Florida real estate. According to the Miami Herald, he sold his other Miami Beach property that included a skate park, recording studio, and shark lagoon in 2017 for a loss of $1.6 million. That was $8 million less than the original asking price.

He hopes to sing a new tune with his suede wall estate. He bought that property in 2018 for $16.75 million and is offering it for $29.5 million.
