Virtual meetings are great. Admit it, we’ve all learned to confer digitally pretty well, and sometimes they’re preferable and less of a hassle. But sometimes face-to-face meetings are better for our employees – and even more efficient.

If you often meet your team, you may wonder whether specific sessions are best conducted online or in person. Here are some steps to follow when choosing between face-to-face and virtual meetings.

1. Examine the nature of the meeting
