Traditional training programs may not be as effective as hands-on, hands-on learning that is directly relevant to employees’ jobs. Technology should be adapted to the process and overall goals rather than the other way around. To integrate new technology, it’s important to start small and focus on one data silo at a time, eventually creating a master dashboard to track KPIs aligned with the company’s strategy.
